Frequently Asked Questions

The Y13 programme is £120, whilst the Y12 programme is £90 a month. This is because there's way more content and support! Y13 students can access all of the Y12 videos & resources to help with revision.

• Y12 Exam Technique - Wednesdays 6.45 - 8pm
• Y13 Exam Technique - Thursdays 6.30 - 7.45pm

If you can't make it live, the recording and notes are uploaded within 24 hours.

All sessions are recorded & uploaded to the hub afterwards so you can catch up in your own time. 

Unfortunately not! The live sessions are on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. 

I work through the Easter holidays and May half term holidays and do not take time off from late March-June.

During the other half terms & Christmas holidays, I may run sessions as normal or change times slightly to accommodate people. 

I reserve the right to take 2 weeks holiday during term time - usually between Jan-March to avoid exam season. In this case, you will be informed at least 2 months in advance and recorded sessions will be provided in lieu of live ones. Marking/feedback will continue as normal. 

Yes! Although I'm fully booked for regular 1:1 slots in 2025/6, you can book ad-hoc sessions with me throughout the year at my normal rate of £70 an hour. 

Of course! You can cancel at any time by sending an email to caroline@biosheps.co.uk.

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership at least 48 hours before your monthly billing date. If you cancel after your monthly billing date, you will still be charged for the month.

Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will lose your current rate. This means that if you choose to rejoin at a later date, the price may increase. 

Your first payment will be on the day you sign up. You will then be billed every month on the same day you enrolled. So if you sign up on the 8th of September, you'll be billed on the 8th of each month.

You will be charged monthly until you cancel your membership.
